Job Description

Hours: Full time
We are a market-leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), employer branding, and communications business, providing talent solutions that span the global economy.
Whether it's RPO & Managed Service Provider (MSP) capabilities or Employer Branding and Assessment Services, we're passionate about outthinking the competition in all that we do. Our award-winning solutions have been recognised as industry firsts. We've achieved this by blending data-led insights with bold creative thinking.
PeopleScout and its parent company, TrueBlue, have been delivering leading staffing solutions for more than 30 years. Join our UK business and you'll be part of our exciting goal to expand into new countries, both through organic growth and new business success.
What you'll do
As media executive, you'll report to the Paid Media and Performance Manager. You'll support the wider team with media planning, buying, paid search, social and programmatic. Campaign management is essential here. You'll learn how we use data reports, back-office systems and bid strategies to optimise them. Your work will be anchored in the collective expertise and insights of your team, and you'll bring optimism to help realise our plans across mediums and seas.
We take a digital-first approach. We're proactive about keeping up to date with industry developments and innovative options within all media markets, so we can provide best practice for our clients. You'll help us with this by diving into research and creating a guide on global media channels.
Building effective, positive relationships will be key to ensuring the best quality of work. Internally, you'll work closely with the Client Services team. Externally, you'll liaise and negotiate with tech and media teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow your expertise, shape media strategy, and be part of a team that's setting innovative industry standards.
Who you are
We're looking for an excellent team player with a ‘let's get stuck in' approach. You're motivated to get work right the first time, and it's your sharp eye for detail and excellent organisational skills that help you achieve this. We'd also like you to be proactive about prioritising your own workload to meet deadlines.
Professionalism and customer focus drive you. You're a superb communicator, both in writing and orally.
Plus, you have a good working knowledge of office IT systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
It would be desirable if you had experience of any of the following: dealing with clients/customers, working in an office environment, and knowledge of digital platforms.
To qualify, you'll need to be educated to degree level and have achieved a 2:1 as a minimum. You'll also need a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
