As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll get to experience how organisations attract talent in a competitive market, and the candidate experience selection process that goes on behind the scenes.
We are looking for individuals that can commit to full-time work and are offering fixed term contracts and permanent roles. We're located in a Bristol city centre office, working Mon-Fri, 9am-5.30pm (working Wednesday and Thursday at the office plus 3 working from home days).
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to final outcome
- Coordinating assessments and evaluating candidate suitability
- Managing and updating candidate information accurately using internal systems
- Handling candidate queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Keeping hiring managers and partners informed with regular progress updates
- Contributing to a best-in-class candidate experience, strengthening client brand reputation
- Collaborating across teams to solve problems and deliver results
- Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple clients
What We're Looking For:
- A true team player with a passion for exceptional customer service
- Clear, confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and stay organized across several recruitment projects
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Previous recruitment or customer service experience is a bonus – but not essential
